Duplicate pages in a PDF

Useful for forms, templates, or repeating sections.

  1. 1.Open your PDF.
  2. 2.Hover a thumbnail and click + to duplicate.
  3. 3.Reorder if needed, then Save PDF.

Files are processed entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to any server.

Free, private, and actually unlimited.

No daily caps. No upload queue. No spinner that turns into a paywall after the third file.

Private by architecture

Your PDF's contents never leave your device. The editing tools run entirely in your browser — no upload, no server-side copy — and a Content-Security-Policy blocks any code that would try. Only account and contact actions ever reach our server, and they never carry your file.

Truly unlimited

No hourly throttling. No daily or monthly caps. No file-count limit. Edit one PDF or ten thousand — same site, same speed, no nag screen.

No signup, no watermarks

Every tool below works with or without an account or email. Output PDFs are clean — no stamps, no banners, no preview-mode quality downgrades.

About this tool

Duplicating a page is what you reach for when a form has a section that needs filling in twice, a template page should appear five times in the same document, or a divider needs to repeat between every chapter. The duplicate appears directly after the original in the sidebar, ready to drag elsewhere.

Each duplicate is an independent page — edits to the copy do not bleed back into the original. So you can fork a template page once, fill in the duplicate with new data, and the source page stays clean for the next copy. This is especially useful for multi-recipient forms (sign-up sheets, expense lines, attendance rosters) where the same blank page should appear N times.

Reordering after duplication is a drag away. Combined with our reorder tool, you can build a document by duplicating a master page, dropping copies where you need them, and then editing each one in place. No need to keep the original PDF around as a "template" file — your working copy is the template.

Frequently asked questions

Does duplicating a page increase file size?
The duplicate adds the same page content again, so the file grows. Shared resources (fonts, images) are not stored twice, so the growth is smaller than the per-page average.
Can I duplicate a page multiple times in one click?
Click the + button N times to make N copies. There is no batch "duplicate × 5" command yet — successive clicks each produce one new copy.
Where does the duplicate end up?
Immediately after the original page. From there you can drag it to any other position in the document using the reorder tool.
Are duplicates linked to the original?
No. Each duplicate is an independent page — changing one does not change the other. This makes it safe to use for filling in different data on each copy.
Can I duplicate several pages at once?
Select the pages with shift-click, then duplicate. The selected block is copied as a contiguous group right after the last selected page.
